
Heres my recipe for a quick smoothie thats also a meal replacement.
Drinking Chocolate
Ripe Bananas
Instant Oats
Milk
Blend all the ingredients on high for about a minute and pour into your flask or glass. I’m not sure how many calories its got but the oats and bananas provide adequate energy for a long work out session or walk.

It sound delicious, but you didn’t say how much oat/chocolate/milk to use, is it 1 banana or more?
I use 1 banana per 250ml of milk. The oats and cocoa is up to your preference but I generally use 1 tablespoon each.
I have never used oats in a smoothie! Why not?i will try it next time!

tasteofbeirut & BNDQ8: Instant Oats are a great addition to a milkshake, it gives it a nice texture and taste. I sometimes add powdered Flax seeds (its very healthy) which gives it a nutty taste.
