Stir fried Tofu and veggies

Here’s something you can whip up in a few minutes and its probably healthier than my usual Italian style cooking ie, Spaghetti Carbonara or Bolognese.

I’ll keep it simple ;

Heat up a wok, pour in a spoon of oil and when hot add; Ginger Garlic paste, Oyster sauce, Soy sauce, Red chili flakes and Tomato puree. Cook for a minute and then add vegetables of your choice and stir fry till almost done. Add some boiled water if you find it too dry. Now add the cubes of Tofu and stir fry till everything is covered in the spicy paste. You can serve it with rice or a pasta of your choice.

    qeight: Tofu is basically curd from soy milk. Its available in most supermarkets. They sell both firm and soft varieties.

    BNDQ8: Its a versatile ingredient. May I suggest you try marinated grilled tofu? It might change your mind ;)
