Thank God Onam happens just once a year! Ever since I started controlling portions and counting calories I’ve avoided heavy carb meals like the plague but an Onam Sadya (Feast) is too tempting to avoid. To lessen the damage to my system I had a very light breakfast and avoided dinner completely coz this lunch alone would’ve clocked in like a billion calories!
